XT-PCFMS is designed to measure and monitor propeller shaft delivered thrust, power and fuel consumption for main engine(s), auxiliary engine(s), boiler(s) and incinerator(s).
With integration with tank test results of hull performance and loading computer system, the system can also optimize the fuel consumption via trim adjustment.
Powered by advanced machine learning algorithm such as multilayer perceptron forced learning, the system will be able to be trained via historical fuel consumption result against various factors including,
wave, wind, speed, draft, trim, shaft rpm, pitch of controllable pitch propeller and etc… The system can provide optimized fuel consumption suggestion for the voyage.
