XTronica Anti-Heeling system balances the vessel both automatically and manually by pumping the ballast water between portside and starboard ballast tanks in accordance with the heel angle to keep the vessel upright to enable the loading and unloading operated continuously.Integrated with 3D based hydrostatics calculation engine – CLoad, the system can automatically set pre heeling for the vessel to load or discharge heavy cargo while keeps the vessel upright.
XTronica Anti-Heeling system can operate with both reversible and nonreversible pumps in according to user’s preference.
Powered by IoT based SCADA control system, the Anti-Heeling can be operated from anywhere on vessel and over shore. Emergency stop is available from all required operation stations.
XT-AHS can also be driven with air compression centrifugal blower to cater the request of countering the massive heeling/trim moment or fast discharging of ballast water within short period of time which might not be able to be managed by reversal centrifugal pumps. The XTronica centrifugal blower is specially designed/developed for harsh marine environment and for anti heeling/trim control operation application.
